Platform

Run it from wherever you are

All three run on the same system. No three scripts, three config files and three sellers; whichever one you open, you see the same players, the same permissions, the same records.

FiveM admin menu, inside the game

One key press opens it over the game. Find a player, bring them, spectate, and check their death record, vehicle or inventory right there. Discord cases and whitelist applications sit in the same menu. You only see what your permissions allow.

Recordings

When a report comes in, the footage is already there

Every death is recorded from both sides and every session with its event timeline. When there's an RDM, cheating or aimbot suspicion, your staff don't guess: they open that moment, watch it and check every hit.

Death records

Every death, from both sides

When someone dies on your server, a record opens on its own. The victim's and the killer's screens play side by side, with every hit on the timeline.

  • Opens on its own
  • Panel and in-game
  • One-click download
  • Two screens, one clock

The victim's and the killer's view play at the same time, in sync. Nobody argues about who fired first; you just watch.

  • The death in sharp footage

The moment of death comes in sharp footage from both sides. Even in a fast fight you can see in detail who was aiming where.

  • Hit breakdown and a dispute flag

Who hit whom and how often, how many were headshots, how much health and armour was lost, with which weapon. If something doesn't add up, the record is flagged as disputed.

Session recordings

A player's whole session, with its events

Every player's screen is recorded from the moment their character loads until they log out. When a report comes in, click the event's marker and playback starts right there.

  • From join to logout
  • Event-marked timeline
  • Live watch
  • No load on your server

Recording puts no extra load on your game server. Switching to a live view of an ongoing session takes one click.

  • Events on the timeline

Joins and leaves, damage taken and dealt, kills and deaths, money, items, jobs, vehicles, bans, kicks and staff actions are all marked on the same timeline.

  • Interruptions and tampering

If recording stops while the player is in game, or there are signs someone tampered with it, the timeline flags it. Your staff see right away where to look.

Privacy and retention
Death records
Deleted 3 hours after the server restarts or stays offline for 30 minutes. If neither happens, after 72 hours at most.
Session recordings
The last hour is kept while the player is in game; deleted 3 hours after the session ends.
Separate permissions, all logged
Watching recordings and downloading death records are separate permissions. Views and downloads are logged.
You're in control
Turn recording and the HD replay on or off in the panel. Recordings live in both the panel and the in-game menu.
Bot suite

Three bots for your Discord server

Protection, moderation and support tickets. Each one is optional, each runs on your own bot account, and every setting lives in the panel. No commands to memorize, no config files to edit.

  • Your own bot, your own token
  • Each one optional
  • Components V2 messages

Guard

Optional

Anti-nuke · backups

If someone with permissions starts tearing your server down, Guard stops them, punishes them and rebuilds what they deleted.

Every action across channels, roles, members, webhooks, emoji, AutoMod and server settings has its own threshold, punishment and whitelist. Backups cover settings, roles, channels, emoji, bans, webhooks, member roles and the messages of channels you pick.

  • 40 protected actions, 10 groups
  • Thresholds or strict mode
  • Ban, kick, strip roles, quarantine
  • Lockdown
  • Raid protection
  • Rebuilds what was deleted
  • Helper bots
  • Incident history
  • Dry-run mode
  • Automatic backups
  • Compare a backup with live
  • Rebuild on a new server

Commands

  • /lockdown
  • /backup
  • /ping

Moderation

Optional

Cases · logs · whitelist

From punishments to whitelist, from logs to giveaways: everything a FiveM community needs on Discord, in one bot.

Every punishment becomes a numbered case. Message, member, voice and server events land in your log channels with who did it; crews can map to in-game gangs or jobs, and bans can sync with the game both ways.

  • Cases and member history
  • Templates and point thresholds
  • Approvals and appeals
  • AutoMod and bot filters
  • Trap channel
  • Logs with who did it
  • Welcome and auto role
  • Verification and role menus

  • /timeout
  • /warn
  • /history
  • /purge
  • /register
  • /giveaway
  • +29 commands
  • 7 right-click actions

Tickets

Optional

Support bot

A player picks a topic and gets a private channel, staff claim it. When it closes the conversation is kept and the player can be asked for a rating.

You design the panel message, the forms and the ticket types. Conversations are kept with their attachments, read like Discord in the panel and can be answered from there.

  • Panels and forms
  • Claim, transfer, priority
  • Channel or private thread
  • Transcripts with files
  • Ratings and comments
  • Working hours
  • Blacklist and cooldown
  • Several systems per server
  • Reply from the panel
  • Synced with in-game support
  • Reminders, auto-close
  • First reply and resolution time

Commands

  • /ticket transfer
  • /ticket add

Message designer

Everything is set in the panellive message preview

Every module, command and behavior switches on and off in the panel, one by one. You build ticket and moderation messages in the designer and watch the Discord version update on the right as you type, with variables filled in by sample values.

  • Components V2, embed or plain message
  • Variables: {user}, {server}, {memberCount}…
  • Give moderation commands your own names and permissions
  • Paste message JSON from another tool
Features

Normally each of these is a separate script

Here they all ship together. No per-module pricing, no add-ons to unlock later, no second seller to chase.

players

Works even when the player is offline

Add money, change their job or ban them without waiting for them to log in. Search by name, citizen ID, Discord, license or Steam.

map

Live map, crashes and density

See who is where, right now. Crash spots sit on their own layer and player density on a heatmap. Select players and teleport them together.

groups

Bulk actions on groups

Job, gang, Discord role or crew: ban or kick every member at once, or take everyone off a job or gang. You see exactly who is affected before you confirm.

vehicles

Vehicle actions

Repair, clean, hand over keys, tune, change plate or owner, spawn. Each one is its own permission.

inventory

Inventory control

Read and edit player, stash and trunk contents through ox_inventory. Search items server-wide and remove an item from every inventory at once, say after a dupe.

economy

Economy watch and alerts

Tracks cash, bank and shared accounts. Unusual money movements are flagged on the Economy page; nothing is punished automatically, you review and decide.

logs

Who did what, 30 days back

Every staff action and game event is recorded with who did it, to whom and from where. Filter it and send it to the Discord channels you pick.

staff tools

Quick staff tools

Noclip, god mode, invisibility, infinite ammo and ESP, one click away in the menu. Each one sits behind its own permission.

support

In-game support tickets

Players open them in game and can attach a screenshot; staff answer from the menu or the panel. The player rates the ticket when it closes and your response time is tracked.

live watch

Live screen watch

Watch a suspicious player's screen from the panel, right now. Nothing is recorded; who watched whom lands in the logs.

whitelist

Whitelist at connect

Discord roles are checked live as the player connects; no role, no entry. You set the rejection card's message and its buttons (join Discord, apply) in the panel.

server

Weather, time and announcements

Change the weather and the time for the whole server and post announcements to everyone. Works with qb-weathersync, Renewed-Weathersync and esx_weather.

characters

Character deletion with a 30-day backup

A deleted character stays backed up in your own server's database for 30 days. Deleted the wrong one? Restore it with one click.

giveaways

In-game giveaways

A card appears on screen and players join with one key. Require a Discord role or playtime; nobody enters twice with a second character.

integrations

Integration status

Framework, inventory, fuel, keys, banking, phone, ambulance… See on one screen what is connected and what is missing.

language

Turkish and English

The panel and the in-game menu both speak two languages. Every staff member picks their own.

live

It shows up instantly

What you do in game appears in the panel and in Discord within a second. Nothing to refresh.

One system

The scripts you'd otherwise buy one by one

A FiveM server usually collects these from different sellers, one at a time. Each has its own licence, its own updates and its own support channel, and an update to one can break how it works with another.

Permissions

Every action has its own key

There is no single "manage vehicles" permission. Repairing a car, washing it, flipping it and deleting its record are four separate keys. You decide exactly who gets what.

Per group and per person

A staff member joins a group, then gets extra keys of their own on top. Nobody can hand out a permission they do not hold themselves.

Driven by Discord roles

Bind a group to a Discord role and the staff list keeps itself current. Role granted, access granted; role removed, access gone.

Carries into txAdmin

Turn on the bridge and txAdmin's 27 permissions come from the same groups too. Accounts are created for whoever has them and removed from whoever no longer does.

Setup

Set up in three steps

One resource, one panel, done in an evening. No framework edits, no database migration, nothing to uninstall first.

  1. 01

    Activate and install

Enter the licence key you got after payment in the panel. Copy the fiveops folder into resources, paste the same key into license.txt and add one line to server.cfg. It recognises your framework and scripts by itself.

  2. 02

    Connect Discordrequired

Connect your own Discord bot as the Game bot in the panel: Discord logs, profile pictures and role sync run through it. If you like, add the guard, moderation and ticket bots too.

  3. 03

    Hand out permissions

Build your groups, bind them to Discord roles. The staff list keeps itself up to date from then on.

Pricing

One licence, everything included

In every licence

  • 1 FiveM server
  • Unlimited staff members
  • In-game admin menu and web panel
  • Guard, moderation and ticket bots
  • 183 separate permissions and a staff action log
  • Discord role sync and txAdmin account sync
  • Session recordings and death records
  • Live map, economy, inventories and support tickets
  • 30 days of log history
  • Every update released during the period

Right after payment your licence key appears on screen and is emailed to you. The period starts the moment you enter the key in the panel, and moving to another server costs nothing.

Delivery
Your licence key appears on screen as soon as the payment goes through and is sent to the email address you entered. You get started by entering it in the panel.
No renewal
A one-time payment. Nothing is charged to your card when the period ends; if you want to continue, you buy a new licence.
Tax
Prices exclude tax. The sales tax for your country is calculated at checkout.
End of period
The licence simply ends when the period you bought runs out; there is no subscription to cancel. When it ends, your server is disconnected from Fiveops and the bots stop, but your game server keeps running and the resource keeps enforcing the ban list and the whitelist from its local copy. The panel stays open so you can extend; if you don't extend within 30 days, your data on Fiveops is deleted.
Merchant of Record
Orders are processed and invoiced by Polar Software Inc., which also collects and remits sales tax.

FAQ

Before you ask

What server owners ask first.

Do I have to remove the scripts I already run?
You don't, Fiveops runs alongside them. But since it now handles the admin menu, logs, bans and tickets, most servers end up dropping those scripts over time.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes for the resource and the license key. Connecting Discord and building your permission groups takes longer, because that part is a decision, not an installation.
Which frameworks are supported?
ESX, QBCore, Qbox, ox_core, ND_Core and vRP (Creative Network and vRP 1.0 / vRPex); Fiveops recognises the running one by itself. Inventory support is ox_inventory only, so inventory features are off on vRP. Standalone servers work too, with framework-specific features switched off.
How do I get my licence key?
It appears on screen right after payment and is also emailed to the address you entered at purchase. Sign in to the panel with Discord and enter the key; your licence period starts at that moment, not on the day you buy.
I run more than one server. What do I need?
Each licence covers one server, so you buy one per server. They all sit under My servers in the panel and you switch between them with one account. Players, bans and staff never mix between servers.
Is there a referral program?
Yes. Everyone who signs in to the panel with Discord has their own code and share link on the Referrals page; you don't need a server. Whoever comes with your link gets a discount on their first purchase. The moment they use their key on a server, day credit is written to your balance. Credit builds up, and whenever you like you can turn it into a licence key of at least 7 days to use on your own server or give to someone. There are no cash payouts, and buying with your own code doesn't count.
Where are recordings stored, and when are they deleted?
Recordings are stored on servers in the European Union, closed to outside access. Only the staff you give permission can watch them; downloading a death record is a separate permission, and views and downloads are logged. Session recordings keep only the last hour while the player is in game and are deleted 3 hours after they leave. Death records are deleted 3 hours after the server restarts or stays offline for 30 minutes; if neither happens, they are kept for at most 72 hours.
Does recording lower players' FPS?
Recording is designed to be light from the start. If players' machines still struggle, you can switch off the high-quality death replay in the panel. Turning recording off entirely is a single setting too.
Does it replace my anti-cheat?
No, Fiveops does not detect cheats. It gives you evidence you can review: the victim's and the killer's view side by side, with a breakdown of every hit. Making a call on a suspicious death gets much easier. It runs alongside your anti-cheat.
Do I have to drop txAdmin?
No, they run side by side. Turn the bridge on and the resource sets txAdmin up itself, so your staff permissions carry into its admin list as well.
Does it replace my existing Discord bot?
It does not have to. Fiveops runs on your own bot token and only does what you turn on in the panel. Your other bots keep running.
Where does my data live?
Logs, bans, tickets, session recordings and player identities live with Fiveops. Your character, vehicle and inventory tables stay in your own database; the resource reads them and shows them to you. Lists such as the ban list can be downloaded from the panel as CSV; logs are only viewed in the panel and can't be downloaded.
What happens when my licence runs out?
Your server is disconnected from Fiveops and the Discord bots stop. Your game server doesn't go down: the resource keeps checking players on join using local copies such as the ban list and the whitelist. The panel stays open, and that's where you extend. Extend within 30 days and your data is exactly where you left it; if you don't, all your data on Fiveops is deleted. The tables in your own database aren't affected.
