Enquiries concerning product support, invoicing and the legal documents: support@fiveops.app.
Support requests are answered within two (2) business days at the latest. Requests submitted through the panel are treated as a priority.
2. Sales and Invoicing
Orders are processed and invoiced by Polar Software Inc. acting as Merchant of Record.
Invoices and order history are accessible through the Merchant of Record's customer portal. The link to that portal is included in the purchase notice.
