End User Licence Agreement

1. Definitions and Scope

In this Agreement, Company means Fiveops, Subscriber means the natural or legal person holding a Fiveops licence, and Software means the Fiveops resource, management panel and Discord application taken together.

The purchase of a licence does not effect a transfer of ownership. The Subscriber is granted only the right of use defined in this Agreement.

2. Scope of the Licence

The Company grants the Subscriber a non-transferable, non-exclusive right of use, valid for the Licence Period purchased, without the right to sublicense.

Each licence key may be used on one (1) FiveM server. There is no limit on the number of Staff Members.

The licence is activated when the key is entered in the panel, and the period begins at that moment.

3. Permitted Use

The Subscriber is entitled to:

• Install the Software on one FiveM server per licence key.
• Edit the adapter file for the purpose of adapting it to its own framework.
• Grant its Staff Members access to the panel and the in-game menu.
• Export the log, ban and support ticket records produced by the Software for its own use.

4. Restrictions

The Subscriber shall not:

• Redistribute, resell, rent or share the Software or its components.
• Share the licence key or use it for more than one customer.
• Disable, remove or modify the licence validation mechanism.
• Reverse engineer the closed-source files or derive source code from them. Exceptions expressly granted by law remain unaffected.
• Develop or publish a competing product based on the Software.

5. One Licence per Server

Each licence key is valid on a single server at a time. Use on several servers requires as many licences as there are servers.

Attempts to use the same key on more than one server constitute a breach of this Agreement and may result in termination of the licence without refund.

The server a key is bound to may be changed through the panel at no additional charge.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual and industrial property rights in the source code, interface design, brand and documentation of the Software belong to the Company.

Original modifications made by the Subscriber within the adapter file belong to the Subscriber. Rights in the underlying Software remain with the Company.

7. Updates and Support

Updates released during the Licence Period fall within the scope of the licence and are not charged separately.

The Subscriber is obliged to apply security updates within a reasonable period. The Company reserves the right to discontinue support for superseded versions.

8. Termination of the Licence

The licence terminates automatically upon expiry of the Licence Period or breach of this Agreement.

Upon termination of the licence, the Subscriber is obliged to remove the Software from its servers.

Termination does not affect the Subscriber's access to data held in its own database.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided as is. No warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, is given.

Provisions on the limitation of liability are set out in the Terms of Service.
